It is always an honor and privilege when you are invited to photograph an industry event. This month I was asked to capture the evening at the historic Hotel Temecula located in Old Town for a networking group I belong to called Temecula Valley Wedding Professionals (aka TVWP). Each month we come together at different venues in the Temecula area where we are able to get an intimate look at some of the areas most beautiful locations to get married, enjoy special cuisine from either the venue or a local catering company, enjoy a glass of local wine (or two), mix and mingle with others in the industry, and each month there is also a curriculum which helps each of us “stay in the know.” Another really awesome feature of these meetings is that they are decorated like a wedding and usually include additional speciality features (like an ice cream bar or horse drawn carriage rides for example). The design of each meeting is always different (and gorgeous I might add!) and is put on by various vendors/members.

This month, Events by Annette chose an elegant palate which included gold, a beautiful shade of light green, soft pinks, and white. It complimented the venue perfectly. The table design included textured linens from Signature Party Rentals, white and gold china, gold votive candles, and eclectic floral arrangements (by Petals of Poetry). I especially loved the gold silverware…you don’t see that too often!

The evening also included music and mood lighting by C Squared Events, a delicious menu catered by As You Like It, wine by Curry Vineyard, and the evening was capped off with a speaking panel from the areas most sought after officiants. It was a great night!
