First of all, there is nothing that will ever fully take the pain away and I am sorry to be the one to share this sentiment. What I will say, is it does get better. Every morning is one step forward. So how do you help yourself along the way?
Before I share my list of recommendations, I want to mention…everyone grieves and heals differently, so take this list in consideration and do what feels best for you. As long as you are doing something to help heal and remember, then you are headed in the right direction.
I can’t tell you how long the grieving process will take, but I do know that when you give yourself grace you open yourself up to healing. I am so truly sorry for your loss and my hope is that you stay open minded and optimistic for your future (when you are ready). Your baby’s life is irreplaceable so remember your angel baby often. Giving you big hugs from afar. <3
